Please take all precautionary measures to have a safe and enjoyable holiday. Your safety remains your responsibility. If there are children in your group you are responsible to ensure their safety as well, this includes in and around the swimming pool, electrical appliances, fittings and all structures. All persons who make use of facilities do so entirely at their own risk. The Ferryman Inn, its staff and the property owners take no responsibility for injuries, theft, or damages that may incur during your stay for whatsoever reason

CANCELLATATION & PAYMENT POLICY

Cancellation to be effected in writing 14 days or more prior to arrival date, refund of deposit will only be done it the unit is booked for the same period, in respect of cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival date, no refund.

In the event of No-Show and peak season cancellations, no refund.

50% of total accommodation cost to be paid as deposit within 48 hours after making the booking, the balance is to be paid 2 days before arrival.

Keys will only be handed over once the full amount agreed upon is paid and proof of payment received.

Should, for reasons beyond our control, the premises you booked no longer be available we will do our best to offer you alternative accommodation similar to that booked or offer a full refund.

No cheque deposits will be accepted

Bring the following

The lodge provides towels & linen but advise that if you require any extra to please provide your own. Toilet paper is provided on arrival but you are advised to please make sure you supply your own toilet paper & consumables.

CONDUCT RULES

The Ferryman Inn specify the maximum number of persons which may occupy a particular unit (regardless of age), occupation to the unit will not be granted if you are more that the party size reflected on your booking confirmation.

Please consider other guests in the lodge, no noise after 10pm

No playing music from your vehicles

Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult when using the pool or any other lodge facilities.

Unit must be left in similar condition as found.

Basic cleaning service is provided, if full day cleaning service is required this can be arranged at an additional cost.

No Smoking in the units

No pets allowed

If it is found that you are not adhering to above rules you will be requested to vacate the property with immediate effect with no refund.
